Terms of Service

General Terms

Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

  • Upon our acceptance of the Client's commission request, both parties shall sign a contract outlining all project details and requirements.

  • Please allow at least 2 weeks before your deadline. Orders having a deadline of less than that will be accepted only as Rush Orders (include an extra fee)

  • The artwork will be created based strictly on our reasonable interpretation of the Client's provided references and instructions. Please ensure all references and instructions are prepared in advance.

  • At the Client's request, KF Studio is willing to enter into a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect any confidential information shared during the commission process

  • We retain rights to use the commissioned artwork for promotion and marketing purposes

Payment Terms

  • After the approval of the initial draft, KF Studio will issue an invoice via email for the initial upfront amount (agreed upon in the contract).

  • All payments shall be processed exclusively through invoices issued via PayPal or Wise (in USD)

  • Payment plans will be tailored for each project and will be mentioned in the mutually agreed contract between KF Studio and the Client.

  • The ticket amount is non-refundable.

  • The initial upfront amount is non-refundable after the line art is approved by the Client.

  • For payment plans, each installment will be paid on its mutually agreed-upon due date. In case of a delay of more than 5-days, work would be stopped.

  • Chargebacks initiated without prior good-faith dispute resolution may result in blacklisting from future commissions and reporting to payment processors.

  • Listed prices for custom art (Tickets) are not the total price, rather the initial cost for order confirmation which would be deducted from the total cost of the project

  • YCH prices are total, and you'd have to pay the full price upfront.

Revisions & Updates

  • Unlimited revisions during the sketch phase, both major and minor design changes included

  • After the line art is completed and approved, no major revisions will be accepted

  • Work on the project will only proceed if the client approves the current update.

  • KF Studio will not be responsible for deadline delays if the client doesn't respond to updates.
